Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sustainable Fitness, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and support to every client. Due to the digital nature and high-touch delivery of our services, we do not offer refunds once a program has begun.
However, if you believe there has been an error in billing or you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out to us at darrenhourigan@gmail.com and we will be happy to review your case.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription or coaching plan at any time after the initial 6-month minimum period, by providing a 30-day notice before your next billing date.
To submit your 30-day notice, please message us directly to request a call and confirm cancellation. This also gives us the opportunity to create an exit strategy together, ensuring you continue progressing toward your health and fitness goals.
If you wish to terminate services, please send a message or WhatsApp at least 30 days before your next billing date, using the following format:
“Hi Darren, I would like to hand in my 30-day notice. When would be a convenient time for us to discuss this matter?”
⚠️ Please note: Without receiving a full 30 days’ notice ahead of your next billing date, we are unable to cancel or refund the next payment due to processing limitations and resource planning.

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to enroll in our services.
Results Vary: Due to the unique nature of each individual’s health, results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
Service Modifications: Sustainable Fitness reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service.
Payment Terms: After the initial 6-month commitment, your membership automatically rolls into a monthly subscription at €197/month unless 30-day cancellation notice is given before the next billing cycle.
